Technical or equivalent degree; at least one year of work experience in training; proficiency in English as a working language; familiarity with training processes. 2. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills; ability to independently design basic training materials; proficiency in office and training software. 3. Knowledge of human resources; some requirements may be flexible for candidates with experience in corporate or sector-specific training. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Assist in developing annual/quarterly training plans according to company needs, identify training needs, and design specific training programs. 2. Organize and conduct various training activities, coordinate instructors, venues, and materials, and ensure smooth training delivery. 3. Conduct post-training evaluations through exams, questionnaires, and job performance follow-up, collect feedback, and optimize training programs. 4.
