Responsibilities: * Drafting and processing contracts. * Payroll review. * Managing personnel files, updates, and physical and/or digital archiving. * Coordinating interviews and internal meetings. * Assisting employees with inquiries regarding benefits and internal policies. * Preparing simple administrative reports in Excel or internal systems (attendance, * terminations, new hires). Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field. * No prior experience required (basic conceptual knowledge required). * Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to commute easily.
