Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Room Assistant with logistics experience for tasks including assignment, sales support, data entry, and process control in a dynamic environment. We operate 24 sales points across Mexico and serve the market through our two commercial brands: Grupo Alcione and Distribuidora Santiago. CONTROL ROOM ASSISTANT **Responsibilities:** * Assign control room department tasks in the system * Provide telephone and email support to the sales department * Enter department database records * Conduct cycle counts * Update product presentations * Maintain Excel databases * Issue delivery notes (remisiones) * Support sales representatives * Manage files and overdue items **Requirements** * Age 25 to 40 years * Minimum education: completed high school (certificate required) * Experience: minimum 2 years in logistics or related field * Must demonstrate employment stability; letters of recommendation or employment certificates and contactable references required **Skills and Competencies:** * Process organization * Conflict management * Teamwork * Proactivity * Frustration tolerance **Software:** * Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite **We Offer:** ***Direct employment by the company*** Monthly salary: $10,200 (Gross) per month Food vouchers: $2,500 per month Life insurance Biweekly payment IMSS coverage from day one, reported at 100% of salary Work location: Vía Gustavo Baz No. 262, Col.
