DESCRIPTION Proman | GPO is a Mexican company and subsidiary of the Swiss-German holding Proman, a global leader in methanol and ammonia production. The Logistics Operations Supervisor directs and supervises personnel assigned to loading products and coordinates logistics according to agreed marketing schedules, while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, safety, equipment availability and regulatory requirements. Ensures direct staff perform their jobs in a safe manner and are efficiently and effectively utilized through proper management and scheduling. Coordinates loading operations safely and efficiently in adherence with shipping schedules while complying with the loading system's design limits and guided by the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructions. REQUIREMENTS * English B1-B2. * Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a process plant environment at a petrochemical facility. * Minimum of three (3) years' supervisory experience. * First Aid, CPR and AED. * HAZMAT and HAZWOPER.
