**JOB OPENING: HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST** **Location:** Zumpango / AIFA **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in Human Resources **Responsibilities** Pre-payroll: * Calculation and validation of overtime (mandatory). * Tracking of incidents, tardiness, absences, and leave requests. * **Personnel Administration:** * Registration, termination, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Management of personnel files and document control. * Compilation of information for payroll processing. * **Vacations and Pay Clarifications:** * Management, calculation, and follow-up on vacation entitlements. * Addressing and resolving employee inquiries or discrepancies regarding pay. * **Recruitment and Selection:** * Filling operational, administrative, and supervisory positions. * Posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and verifying employment references. * **Training:** * Identification of training needs. * Management of DC-3 forms, reporting, and course follow-up. * **Employee Relations:** * Handling personnel incidents and supporting workplace climate initiatives. * **Additional Related Activities:** * Support during internal audits. * Control of uniforms and equipment. * Weekly and monthly departmental reports. * * **Requirements** * * **Proven experience in** * pre-payroll and overtime calculation * **(primary requirement).** * Administration of HR processes. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and employee benefits. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and effective communication.
