Position Summary: DHL Mexico is seeking an Engineer to ensure operational continuity of WMS systems, manage incidents, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Location: Tultipark 3\. **REQUIREMENTS:** --------------- * Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field (completed) * Conversational English * Knowledge of databases, programming, networks, and equipment maintenance * Proficiency in Power BI and intermediate Excel skills * Experience in project tracking, logistics, or WMS (preferred) * Experience in testing (software/hardware) and operational support Leadership and internal customer service * Availability to work rotating shifts **Responsibilities** -------------- * Ensure operational continuity through proper functioning of WMS systems. * Address and track incidents reported by operations, managing any deviations through appropriate channels. * Timely documentation of all system disruptions or failures. * Serve as the primary point of contact between operations and the client to ensure system integrity and availability. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing tools, processes, and solutions to optimize operations and internal workflows. * Facilitate and support testing processes (testing) jointly with the client and IT departments. * Maintain constant communication with operational areas to strengthen knowledge, accelerate communication, and clarify doubts regarding both DHL and client processes.
