**About the position** A company engaged in the installation and maintenance of refrigeration equipment located in Monterrey, Nuevo León (5 minutes from Cintermex) is seeking a **WAREHOUSE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR (ENTRY LEVEL).** Your primary responsibility would be to **DESIGN, ESTABLISH AND IMPLEMENT** a warehouse operation system. Specifically, structuring the warehouse to execute an action plan that, in the medium term, results in a self-sustaining warehouse through adherence to the established action plan. Requirements: * Experience in logistics, business administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience * Knowledge of hardware and electrical equipment * Intermediate knowledge of Excel * Proactivity * Organizational and planning skills * Communication skills Responsibilities: * Create an inventory of existing materials in the warehouse * Implement a system to ensure recording of material incoming and outgoing * Organize warehouse space to coordinate labeling and placement of materials * Implement a monthly cyclic inventory to match physical inventory with system-recorded inventory * Generate a monthly report of existing, surplus, and missing materials * Verify receipt of goods according to invoices and purchase orders * Apply a FIFO (First in, First out) system to prevent material accumulation.
