Position Summary: SETEPI seeks a Bus Driving Instructors Coordinator to supervise operator training and ensure the administration of initial evaluations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for ensuring training delivery and administering initial evaluations **SETTEPI PERSONNEL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY REQUIRES:** **DRIVING INSTRUCTORS COORDINATOR (BUS)** **With the following requirements:** * Completed or incomplete high school education * Valid EU or Class C driver’s license * **Experience as a driving instructor (MANDATORY) in personnel, urban, or similar transportation sectors** * Experience delivering driving training to transportation operators * Group management skills * Knowledge of traffic regulations * Residence near the municipality of García **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure instructors conduct training in accordance with the Training Program for Operator candidates. Maintain necessary materials to deliver training sessions. Report weekly training progress to the Training Manager. Administer initial evaluations to Operator candidates. **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $24,000 * Statutory benefits \+ savings fund * Permanent position Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24,000.00 \- $25,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
