At **DH Autoware**, an automotive industry company dedicated to manufacturing precision components, we are seeking a highly analytical and organized **Production and Materials Planner** responsible for ensuring the availability of materials, components, and resources required to meet established production plans, preventing line stoppages and optimizing inventory. This role is key to the plant's operational continuity, ensuring balance between customer demand, production capacity, and material supply from vendors. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, review, and keep updated the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)** based on customer demand and installed capacity. * Execute and monitor the **Material Requirements Planning (MRP)** system to ensure timely material supply. * Analyze actual vs. projected consumption and generate variance reports. **Required Technical Skills** * **Advanced Excel:** formulas, pivot tables, macros, dashboards, and data analysis. * **ERP / MRP Systems** * Production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management. **Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 to 3 years** in production planning, materials planning, or procurement within the automotive industry or high-volume manufacturing. * **Proficiency in advanced Excel (mandatory).** **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacations, Christmas bonus, etc.). * Professional development opportunities within a growing automotive company. * Safe, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Continuous training in planning and digital tools.
