Coordinate supplier logistics and manage resources Grupo Diagnostico Aries is seeking a Training Coordinator ***Objective: Enhance organizational performance through holistic employee development within a robust corporate culture framework*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. * Two years of experience in a similar position. * Personnel management experience; ability to design training plans and programs. * Administration and promotion of internal online training and recognition tools; proficiency in handling performance indicators. **Responsibilities:** * Manage training needs assessment * Design and implement company training courses (Orientation) and onboarding * Coordinate logistics for external and internal suppliers * Manage resources and satisfaction; provide support and assistance during internal and external audits * Monitor instructions and ensure compliance with internal and external training programs; evaluate outcomes and satisfaction * Company orientation, onboarding, and support during internal and external audits * Register results with STPS and on platforms **We Offer:** * 21-day Christmas bonus * Savings fund: 4% * Food vouchers: 10% * Savings box * Vacation bonus: 25% * 12 vacation days * Agreements with laboratories, gyms, and schools * And more... \#MS26 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $23,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
