**Job Opening: Custodian** At EPOXEMEX, we are seeking to add a Cleaning Assistant to our team, responsible for maintaining common areas, offices, and production zones in optimal cleanliness and hygiene conditions, contributing to a safe and orderly environment for everyone. **What We Offer** \- Base salary: **MXN $11,000 gross per month**, commensurate with experience. \- Statutory benefits (100% IMSS coverage, vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc.). \- Seniority recognition from day one. \- Life insurance. \- Enhanced benefits upon permanent employment: profit-sharing, productivity bonus of up to 20% (based on the company’s overall performance), and grocery vouchers covering 10% of salary. \- Job stability within a growing company. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Key Responsibilities** \- Perform general cleaning in production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces. \- Wash, disinfect, and polish surfaces, floors, and furniture, ensuring compliance with industrial hygiene standards. \- Clean and maintain glass, windows, and large glass panels. \- Sort, classify, and prepare recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic film, PET). \- Operate cleaning equipment such as floor polishers or industrial vacuum cleaners (training provided if prior experience is lacking). \- Report supply needs or repair requirements for preventive facility maintenance. **Professional Requirements** \- Education: Completed junior high school. \- Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience in companies, plants, or industrial environments. \- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and specialized equipment (vacuum cleaners, polishers, etc.). **Technical Competencies** \- Safe handling of chemicals and cleaning materials, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations. \- Knowledge of disinfection and sanitization procedures for high-traffic areas. \- Ability to follow industrial cleaning protocols and maintain activity logs. **Soft Skills** \- Responsibility and commitment to service quality. \- Service-oriented attitude and teamwork to collaborate effectively across all departments. \- Attention to detail to identify and address areas requiring additional cleaning. \- Honesty and integrity in handling supplies and equipment. \- Adaptability to adjust to shift changes or shifting priorities. **About Us** *At EPOXEMEX, we are a leading company supplying and distributing raw materials, epoxy resins, and hardeners.
