Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to inspect and maintain facilities, manage suppliers and budgets, and supervise electrical and plumbing repairs. Requirements: * More than 3 years of experience in maintenance areas * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Responsibilities: * Inspect and perform maintenance on facilities; contact suppliers for major maintenance tasks. * Identify and select suppliers for required repairs. * Inspect plumbing, welding, and electrical repairs. * Conduct regular inspections of all electrical installations, lighting, UPS systems, and emergency power plants, checking voltage and load levels to ensure optimal electrical system conditions. * Maintain maintenance logs and supervise their completion. * Track repairs and verify completion reports. * Manage and control budgets. Skills and Competencies: * Use of measurement tools * Valid Class C driver's license * Basic knowledge of electricity * Customer service orientation * Inventory management * Continuous improvement * Warehouse safety We Offer: Statutory benefits, weekly salary payments, working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
