Position Summary: We are seeking a labor attorney to provide legal counseling, manage conciliations, and negotiate disputes within a private security company. Key Highlights: 1. Seeking a labor attorney with litigation experience. * Bachelor of Laws degree with diploma * Litigation experience (preferably 1 year) in private security * Willingness to travel within the Northeast region of Mexico Job Responsibilities: * Provide legal counseling and guidance on labor-related matters to management and employees of the organization. * Attend Conciliation Centers to ratify and finalize settlement agreements between the company and former employees. * Apply labor laws, regulations, and policies. * Review employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and other legal documents. * Act as mediator and negotiator in labor disputes. * Maintain communication with Human Resources and Legal departments to track each case. * Compile and safeguard case files arising from conciliation processes. * Manage administrative staff termination procedures. * Prepare severance payment calculations. * Monitor matters related to publicity and corporate image (signage, painting, branding) We Offer: * Base salary, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Travel allowances * Uniforms Send a WhatsApp message to 55 4727 7400 only if you meet the above requirements; otherwise, your application will not be considered.
