Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Collaborator Type** Operational**Job Objective** Ensure that healthcare materials and supplies are properly located and packed in the shipping area, as well as ensure orders are shipped correctly and promptly. **Responsibilities and Activities** **Responsibility 1** **Identify and locate merchandise in an orderly manner.** **Receive Material Dispatch Orders, identifying material type, presentation, quantity, material code, batch number, and expiration date.** **Transport the product to the designated area or location according to its specifications and characteristics.** **Responsibility 2** **Ensure the good condition of storage areas and mobile equipment under your responsibility.** **Clean storage areas to properly preserve facilities and products stored therein.** **Ensure products remain free of dust and debris, with no loose parts outside their boxes; in the case of incomplete collective packaging, keep box flaps crossed.** **Receive mobile equipment (forklifts) and radiofrequency equipment assigned to you at the start of your shift. Complete the corresponding form, specifying the condition in which the equipment is received.** **Use mobile equipment (forklifts) appropriately, respecting basic operation and safety rules, and operating it while wearing required personal protective equipment (helmet and safety vest).** **Responsibility 3** **Load merchandise ensuring its integrity and in the specified manner.** **Ensure merchandise to be loaded is processed according to customer criteria and CAB Logistics quality standards. If any issue is detected during the process, immediately notify the floor supervisor.** **Load units, identifying the merchandise to be transported, verifying that the unit meets optimal storage conditions for transportation as specified in CAB Logistics quality standards, and identifying loading sequence and transport route for correct shipment to the customer.** **Ensure loaded merchandise complies with CAB Logistics quality standards, prohibiting shipment of dirty, damaged, or expired materials to customers.** Experience * Materials receiving and packing \- 6 months Knowledge Operation of sit-down forklifts.
