Supervision of regulatory, normative, and policy compliance 2\. Support to managers and coordinators regarding incidents 3\. Supervision of effective recruitment and hiring 4\. Supervision of contracts / responsibility documents / personnel files 5\. Supervision of payroll previews / SUA / IDSE 6\. Job evaluations / salary scales / compensation 7\. Review and improvement of employee retention indicators 8\. Supervision of the training platform and its content 9\. Follow-up on the Joint Safety and Hygiene Committee / contingency plans 10\. Coordination and interpretation of workplace environment surveys / NOM-035 11\. Planning of events for staff integration 12\. Supervision of the separation process (terminations / conciliations / labor claims) 13\. Handling of fines and clarifications with ST / IMSS / INFONAVIT 14\.
