We value our employees and offer a safe work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education required: Technician or Engineer in industrial/mechanical maintenance. * Advanced knowledge of maintenance and commissioning of new equipment (minimum 3 years). * Knowledge of three-phase electricity and motor starting. * Experience with compressed air compressors (screw and piston types). * Advanced proficiency in operating machinery and tools (manual and digital). * Willingness to travel. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air compressors (screw and piston types). * Diagnose and resolve technical issues in equipment. * Assist in commissioning new equipment. * Comply with established quality and safety standards. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Monthly gross salary of 18,000 to 19,000 MXN + attractive bonuses. * Statutory benefits. * Professional training and development opportunities. * Collaborative work environment. * Performance- and goal-based bonuses.
