**Sales Supervisor for Point of Sale Personnel** REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering * 3 years of experience as a supervisor / sales manager, sales coordinator, working for Price Clubs (100% mandatory) * Experience working with accounts such as SAMS, COSTCO, WALMART, SORIANA, etc. * Knowledge: sales analysis, team management. * In charge of PDV staff (Product Demonstrators, Supervisors, Hostesses, etc) RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead tasting activities at the point of sale * Plan schedules and assign tasks to your team. * Carry out recruitment and selection activities ensuring adequate staffing for operations. * Coordinate personnel hiring. * Lead training initiatives. * Maintain healthy working relationships and resolve related conflicts. * Implement commercial strategies agreed upon with our client. * Ensure compliance with our client's policies and procedures. * Responsible for key performance indicators: expenses, shrinkage, staff turnover, sales, costs, inventory. * Administrative tasks. * Ongoing training with the team in charge at their warehouse LOCATION: * **Valle Oriente area, San Pedro Garza García, N.L.** WE OFFER: * Base salary: $25,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Grocery Vouchers * Savings Fund * Annual Bonus * 30 days year-end bonus Job type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
