




**Key Responsibilities** * Design and execute the Human Resources strategy. * Oversee **recruitment and selection** processes for operational, administrative, and mid-level personnel. * Ensure compliance with current **Mexican labor legislation** (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS). * Administer **payroll, attendance records, employment contracts, and personnel files**. * Coordinate **training, onboarding, and development** programs. * Implement and monitor **performance evaluations**. * Manage labor relations and **conflict resolution**. * Supervise disciplinary procedures and enforcement of internal regulations. * Design and implement **workplace climate and talent retention** plans. * Coordinate **occupational safety and health** matters and joint committees. * Prepare HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, vacancy coverage). * Support internal and external labor audits. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations**, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of **Mexican labor law**. * Experience managing personnel. * Proficiency in **payroll administration** and HR systems. * Advanced–intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Excel. * Prior experience in an industrial or service-oriented company is desirable.
