Opportunity to lead verifiable improvement projects **Job Description:** A leading industrial-sector company is seeking a **Quality Coordinator** with solid experience in maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). We seek a candidate with strong analytical capability, process orientation, and adherence to international regulatory standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Annual Plan Execution:** Implement and monitor the annual QMS plan, ensuring at least 95% progress in audits, management reviews, and documentation. * **Document Management:** Maintain 100% of documents current and up-to-date per control periods (semiannual review). * **Training:** Ensure staff receive continuous QMS training, guaranteeing a high pass rate in quality assessments. * **Nonconformance Control:** Record, perform root-cause analysis, and close 90% of nonconformances within 30 days. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify and implement at least three verifiable improvement projects annually across system processes. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles within the industrial sector. * **Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of the **ISO 9001:2015** standard, internal audits, and process control. * **Skills:** Excellent handling of KPIs, technical writing, and staff training. * **Location:** Willingness to work on-site in **San Nicolás**. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $25,000 net monthly. * **Schedule:** 4x3 work schedule (four working days followed by three days off). * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Perks:** On-site parking. **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** $15,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month (based on experience) **Work Location:** On-site employment Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided parking Work Location: On-site employment
