General Activities **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Review documentation for customs clearance (invoices, bills of lading, certificates, permits, etc.). * Verify that all information complies with legal requirements and client specifications. * Enter data into the system to generate the pedimento (tariff classification, identifiers, values, tariff fractions, Incoterms, duties, etc.). * Prepare and review the pedimento to ensure accurate completion and regulatory compliance. * Identify whether applicable NOMs, NOM exemptions, countervailing duties, RRNA, or other requirements apply. * Manage procedures with authorities such as PROFEPA, SADER, SEMARNAT, COFEPRIS, SENASICA, etc. * Operate across all modes of transport: land, maritime, air, and rail. * Validate that the file is complete prior to submission to customs or signing. Requirements **Required Profile:** Minimum 5 years of experience preparing and generating pedimentos. Proficiency in pedimento completion and tariff classification codes (A1, A3, R1, IN, etc.). In-depth knowledge of identifiers, NOMs, and procedures with regulatory authorities. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and sound judgment to resolve observations.
