Job Offer WORKSHOP MANAGER Location: San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León Company: COMERCIALIZADORA MAKOM Posted on April 22, 2026 Valid until May 22, 2026 accessible\_forward We welcome applicants with disabilities Net Monthly Salary $20,000\.00 Apply Reference Number: 21119144 Description RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Review and control of technicians' service reports. \- Assign appropriate codes to each service report for report entry. \- Complete Parts Requisition Forms from the warehouse. \- Collect and deliver required spare parts and materials to technicians for their tasks. \- Deliver to technicians the weekly schedule containing each technician's daily activities. \- Supervise technicians' daily work and report progress and status of Work Orders (OT) to the Service Assistant. \- Document and request Work Order closures from the Service Assistant. \- Perform checklists and functional tests on equipment undergoing workshop maintenance. \- Customer report handling and follow-up. \- Review and approve the monthly spare parts inventory submitted by the Purchasing Department. \- Complete the High-Cost Equipment Report, generated when equipment repair or activation incurs exceptionally high costs. REPORTS Prepare the Daily Workshop Equipment Status Report and the Daily Rental Equipment Status Report. Every Friday, prepare the Weekly Workshop Schedule, covering maintenance for workshop equipment and the rental fleet. MONTHLY Prepare the Monthly Equipment Review Report, compiled monthly for all rental equipment. Prepare the Monthly Technician Tools Audit Report. Monthly, prepare and send customers the preventive maintenance schedule for their contracted rental equipment. Perform the Monthly Technician Staff Integration. Prepare the Monthly Workshop Statistics Report.
