Education: Engineering (related fields) 2 years of experience in a similar position Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient execution of operational activities for the assigned work team, meeting established quality, safety, and productivity standards, guaranteeing continuous production flow and promoting continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure that operational staff have complete, well-maintained PPE and that all activities comply with safety regulations. * Facilitate and allocate necessary resources, equipment, and materials to meet the daily production plan. * Ensure equipment manufacturing complies with defined quality standards. * Manage personnel under supervision for incident control and accurate payroll processing. * Manage and execute activities defined by the SOM according to product families. Competencies: * Manufacturing processes (metal machining). * Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing: Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, among others. * Personnel management.
