Logistical optimization and regulatory compliance We are looking for a strategic leader to manage, control, and safeguard warehouse assets, ensuring efficient and profitable operations. Key Responsibilities * Inventory Management: Full control over stock, materials, and physical inventory counting processes. * Asset Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition. * Team Leadership: Manage and develop direct reports. * Logistics Optimization: Monitor performance indicators (productivity, fleet drivers, on-time deliveries, and reliability). * Regulatory Compliance: Implement the Warehouse Operations Manual and Internal Regulations. Other implicit responsibilities of the position **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Engineering, or related field). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles with focus on: Fleet control and logistics; Warehouse and inventory management. * Technical Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office. * ERP knowledge preferred (SAP or Oracle). * Basic English proficiency. * Competencies: Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, and results orientation. Salary: $28,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
