Candidate Profile Age: 25 to 35 years 5 years of experience in Metal-Mechanical companies Residency in Monterrey, N.L. (Mandatory) Mechanical, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related degree Advanced proficiency in industrial drawing drafting and interpretation. Proficiency in standards Degree holder **Responsibilities:** \- Supervise daily operations execution: Ensure daily activities are carried out efficiently \- Make strategic decisions: Adapt strategies to company needs. \- Supervise modular structures for upper elbow replacements \- Supervise furnaces for installation of assembly structures. \- Coordinate hot mill table operations at Ternium Guerrero Plant **Experience:** \- Manage logistics: Plan, execute, and control plant operations. \- Interpret industrial drawings for projects \- Experience with AutoCAD 3D and SolidWorks 3D. \- Manage human resources: Lead operations teams and foster a positive work environment \- Generate improvement proposals: Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes supporting operations. \- Build partnerships: Establish strategic relationships with suppliers, clients, and other companies. \- Supervise daily operations execution: Ensure daily activities are carried out efficiently \- Make strategic decisions: Adapt strategies to company needs. \- Coordinate repair and installation projects for metal structures such as stairs, railings, platforms, and cooling systems for Danielli furnaces. \- Process optimization: Ensure operations are completed within correct timelines for delivery. **Benefits:** Competitive salary based on experience 20-day Christmas bonus Monday to Friday work schedule Paternity support INTERESTED CANDIDATES APPLY SEND CV TO NUMBER 81 10 36 28 45 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 \- $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
