Coordinated work with design and production **Digital Pattern Maker Designer – Women’s Fashion** **Department:** Design / Product Development **Company:** Look Fashion (100% Mexican textile company) **Location:** **Iztapalapa, Mexico City** **Position Type:** Full-time **Description** At **Look Fashion**, a growing Mexican textile company, we are looking for a **Digital Pattern Maker Designer** with **solid experience in multi-style pattern making for women**, specialized in structured garments and high technical precision. **Responsibilities** * Development of **multi-style digital patterns for women** in **Gerber system**. * Pattern making and fitting of **jackets, trousers, corsets and jumpsuits**. * Interpretation of **sketches, design specifications and physical samples**. * Creation of **functional technical templates** for production. * Development and updating of **detailed technical specifications**. * Preparation and follow-up of **FIT samples** and fit tests. * Pattern refinements, grading and validation. * Handling and adaptation of patterns for **all types of fabrics**. * Monitoring the sample manufacturing process until final approval. * Coordinated work with design and production. **Requirements** * Technical degree in **Fashion Design, Garment Industry or related field**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in digital pattern making. * **Mandatory experience in multi-style pattern making for women**. * Proven experience in **jackets, trousers, corsets and jumpsuits**. * **Proficiency in Gerber system**. * Solid knowledge of fittings, refinements and sample processes. * Handling of **all types of fabrics**. * Flexible working hours. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 07:30 to 18:30 * **Friday:** 07:30 to 14:00 **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $20,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Professional development within a growing company.
