**TLE GUADALUPE IS SEEKING: OPERATIONS LEADER** **WEEKLY SALARY OF $4,250 NET** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in administration, logistics, or related field. * Minimum one year of experience in logistics and operations, personnel management, office software, customer service, or related position. * Age: 25 to 40 years old * Flexible availability **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Schedule and assign customer-requested loads to each operator, distributing the fleet evenly to ensure timely delivery deadlines are met, as well as comply with established procedures to prevent rework in the documentation flow of executed services. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Review and distribute loads among available units to ensure operator income based on the billing target per unit. \- Ensure and verify that trips performed by operators are recorded in the system with supporting evidence so payroll can be processed promptly. \- Evaluate and report potential risk situations at facilities or sites that could affect operations, in order to implement preventive measures and maintain service continuity. \- Schedule and inform operators of their appointment and unloading destination to ensure punctual arrival with the client. \- Plan and request necessary operator expenses to allow trouble-free travel. **SCHEDULE:** 2 DAYS ON DAY SHIFT: 7:00 AM TO 7:00 PM 2 DAYS ON NIGHT SHIFT: 7:00 PM TO 7:00 AM 3 DAYS OFF (some weeks require working a 5th day due to operational needs, extra pay provided) **WE OFFER:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Christmas bonus * Vacation bonus * Profit sharing * Infonavit * Direct employment contract with the company. * Opportunities for internal growth within the company. **For more information:** **Send your CV via WhatsApp to LIC.
