Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage and develop a customer portfolio, establish business relationships, and provide technical solutions for industrial supplies. At OSG Royco S.A. de C.V., a leader in the industrial supplies industry, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic, results-oriented team. We seek a recent engineering graduate with skills in blueprint interpretation, negotiation, basic knowledge of machinery and tools, and the ability to provide technical and commercial support to our customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing your assigned customer portfolio, establishing strong business relationships, identifying business opportunities, and providing technical solutions to our customers’ challenges. You will serve as the liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring achievement of sales objectives and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and manage a customer portfolio in the industrial sector. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers. Identify and develop business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Provide technical support and advisory services to customers regarding blueprint interpretation and use of our solutions. Negotiate and close commercial agreements beneficial to both the company and the customer. Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Requirements: Completed degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. Basic knowledge of machinery and tools. Blueprint interpretation skills. Basic experience in sales or customer service is desirable. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Results-oriented and focused on achieving objectives. Proactive, capable of teamwork and autonomous work.
