Position Summary: This position oversees product sample inspection, coordinates quality control auditors, and ensures compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in quality audits and product control. 2. Participation in quality improvement and problem resolution. 3. Training in quality systems and functional testing. *Work Mode: Onsite* **Location:** On Site – Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico **Opportunity** Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Engineer, this position is responsible for inspecting various product samples to ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinates a team of quality control auditors across multiple shifts. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Supervises audits of finished products and supports auditors in determining whether certain products are acceptable or must be rejected. 2\. Verifies tools and other instruments used in quality audits and in assembly, testing, and packaging processes to check and compare product characteristics against product specifications. 3\. Informs auditors of any changes to quality specifications, manuals, or procedures and provides training to auditors as needed. 4\. Ensures rejected production is not shipped. 5\. Notifies supervisors when defects are found and assists in analyzing and correcting production issues. 6\. Participates in projects aimed at improving product quality, alongside Quality Assurance Engineers. 7\. Records audit results and prepares inspection and test reports. 8\. Maintains up-to-date bills of materials for products manufactured at the plant. 9\. Conducts packaging tests on new materials before they are introduced. **Skills/Requirements** **Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** Technical Degree **EXPERIENCE:** Preference for work experience in a related field.
