Basic material handling and safety compliance General Packaging Assistant (Industrial Plant) **Location:** Villas Regina 66653, VILLAS REGINA, 66653 Pesquería, N.L. **Work Mode:** On-site Job Description A world-leading industrial packaging company is seeking General Assistants to work in the packaging area within its industrial plant in Pesquería. Responsibilities * Packaging and packing of steel coils, profiles, and sheets * Support in production processes * Basic material handling * Compliance with safety regulations Requirements * Minimum education: completed elementary school * Experience in factory or production environments * Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts * INFONAVIT loan balance not exceeding $700 What We Offer * Starting salary from $341 per day * Weekly payment via Banorte * $2,300 tax-free during training week * Increase to over $3,000 tax-free per week upon entry into production (including overtime) * Retention bonus up to $4,500 * Monthly attendance, punctuality, and productivity bonuses * Grocery vouchers: $600 per month * 22 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo) * Savings fund: 2\.5% * Voluntary savings account * Profit sharing * Educational support * Birth and funeral expense assistance * Transportation * Referral bonus * Family events Shifts Rotating 12-hour shifts: * Day shift: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm * Night shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am Schedule: 4 working days \+ 1 overtime day \+ 2 rest days Employment Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
