Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Specialist to manage billing and inventory control for rental fleet operations, optimizing financial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Fundamental collaboration for business success We Require: BILLING SPECIALIST Objective: Timely and accurate execution of billing to ensure efficient collections recovery, while maintaining effective control over rental fleet inventory. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position Intermediate Excel skills ERP system proficiency Responsibilities: * Issuing monthly rental invoices * Managing rental purchase orders * Managing invoices as provisions and generating joint reports with Accounts Payable & Collections (CyC) * Entering records of new contracts and modifying existing ones * Tracking fixed asset equipment receipts and dispatches * Preparing the rental fleet report at each month-end closing * Preparing the comparative monthly rental report at each month-end closing * Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling them with NetSuite inventory at each month-end closing We Offer: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Statutory benefits and Life Insurance Upon obtaining a permanent plant contract: Enhanced benefits beyond statutory requirements Join our team and contribute to optimizing our financial processes.
