Job Objective Provide timely and efficient technical support to the organization’s internal users, ensuring the correct operation of computer equipment, networks, and systems in accordance with established IT processes and service level agreements (SLAs). Main Responsibilities Ticket Management and User Support • Receive, log, and track incidents using the ticketing system. • Ensure compliance with SLAs defined for each type of incident or request. • Document applied solutions and keep ticket information up to date. • Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams per the escalation matrix. Technical Support and Maintenance • Diagnose, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and printers. • Install, configure, and update software in Windows and macOS environments. • Perform initial configuration and reinstallation of operating systems. • Backup, migrate, and protect user data. Infrastructure and Networks • Identify and resolve network incidents (LAN/WLAN). • Assist in the installation, cable termination, finishing, and certification of structured cabling nodes. • Support IT Infrastructure in the basic configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, and access points (APs). • Provide basic support for CCTV systems and IP telephony related to the workstation. Equipment Management and Inventory Control • Inventory, label, and manage IT assets (equipment, peripherals, and accessories). • Participate in inventory audits with IT Administration and report asset movements.
