Data-Driven Decision Making **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate incoming material flow into the warehouse; coordinate movements between warehouses and production lines (WO). * Verify and control warehouse inventory. * Plan and ensure all materials remain within inventory control. * Schedule and prepare shipments according to demand. * Prepare and document plant outbound shipments. * Collaborate and follow up with production lines to deliver materials according to daily shipment requirements. * Monitor material inventory levels at the plant and in the warehouse. IRA. **Required Education:** Completed high school and/or related field of study. **Required Skills:** ### **Products and Services** Solid knowledge of key products and services related to shipping areas. Ability to correctly apply this knowledge in various situations, serving both internal and external customers. Capacity for comprehension, teamwork, and application of diverse techniques oriented toward problem solving. ### **Problem Solving** Proficiency in methods and tools that enable timely identification, prevention, and resolution of departmental issues. Ability to efficiently address and resolve various situations arising in shipping processes. Appropriate level of operational knowledge for decision making. ### **Distribution Center Management** Knowledge of operational processes in shipping and material distribution areas. Ability to manage inventories across multiple warehouses and distribution centers. Work experience in shipping and material distribution, as well as SAP system proficiency for real-time inventory control and monitoring. Ability to identify impacts and delays in operational costs, as well as to work with basic planning and material requirements processes for proper distribution. ### **Inventory Management – Manufacturing (Inventory Management – MFG)** Ability to efficiently manage work-in-process and finished goods inventories. Knowledge of processes, methods, and systems used for inventory control across different warehouses. Ability to promptly detect and resolve inventory discrepancies. Experience in receiving, recording, labeling, preparing, and distributing materials to their designated locations within various warehouses. ### **Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP)** Responsible for maintaining updated records of all shipments daily using established systems for the shipping area. Active participation in logistics processes and implementation of new procedures, collaborating with national-level logistics teams.
