At LOGAM, we are looking for a committed and proactive Quality Supervisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform quality inspections on incoming and outgoing goods. * Verify compliance with **receiving, storage, picking, labeling, and shipping** processes. * Conduct internal floor audits to ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality standards. * Supervise and coordinate operational staff during quality control activities. * Identify, document, and follow up on non-conforming products. * Generate incident reports and participate in client meetings to review results. * Ensure proper conditions of order, cleanliness, and storage are maintained within the CEDIS. * Follow up on returns, rejections, and quarantine processes. * Manage control documentation: records, checklists, labels, forms.
