Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the automotive sector, responsible for personnel management, production reporting, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Company dedicated to the Automotive Industry **Hiring for: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** \-Education: Completed Engineering degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or related field). \-Availability to rotate shifts. \-Residence near the company. \-Own vehicle (desirable). \-Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. **Responsibilities/Activities:** \- Reviews Material Requirements. \- Verifies personnel staffing balance on the production line. \- Submits daily reports (availability, in-process defects, etc.). \- Conducts operator observation plans and individual observations. \- Develops production indicators (Quality, Scrap, Rejections, etc.). \- Manages personnel and attendance records. \- Generates weekly payroll. \- Implements corrective actions to resolve quality issues. \- Implements corrective actions for accident investigations. \- Reports supplier defective material to Process Engineer. \- Supports the launch of new products. \- Verifies daily line release. **Desired Experience:** \- Production line balancing, \- Development and implementation of problem-solving actions, \- Metrics control, \- Analysis and implementation of activities to improve productivity, \- Personnel management, \- Working under pressure. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits.
