




Objective: Ensure efficient and timely administrative management of processes related to the employee life cycle, guaranteeing compliance with corporate policies, proper administration of benefits and documentation, as well as the generation of key reports for decision-making in internal departments. Responsibilities: * Coordinate final settlement processes, PTU for former employees, and loan administration. * Control and manage benefits and internal programs such as food vouchers, Suma Six, badges, as well as handling requests in the Línea Conecta system. * Prepare, track, and safeguard administrative letters and employment documents. * Administer and update profiles in internal systems, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines. * Provide attention and resolution for employee service-related requests. * Generate reports for accounting and related departments, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. * Monitor and manage tasks to ensure compliance with processes within the Employee Services and Payroll department. Requirements: * Completed bachelor's degree. * 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or related field. * English level: Intermediate/Advanced. * Excel level: Advanced. * Strong customer service skills.
