Job Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Architect with strong software and cloud architecture capabilities, interested in modern observability, transactional monitoring, and operational analytics, to design and evolve modern architectures and ensure end-to-end visibility. We are currently looking for a **Solutions Architect** to join our \#xpertlovers family. **Role Objective** We seek a Solutions Architect with solid technical expertise in software and cloud architecture, and with interest or experience in modern observability, transactional monitoring, and operational analytics. The role will participate in the design and evolution of modern architectures based on microservices, APIs, and events, ensuring end\-to\-end platform visibility through business-oriented and technically oriented observability strategies. Experience or knowledge of New Relic is highly valued, including data source integration, executive/technical dashboard design, and development of custom visualizations using Nerdlets and JavaScript. **Key Responsibilities** **Architecture and Technical Design** Design modern architectures based on: * Microservices * APIs * Event\-Driven Architecture (EDA) * Containers and Kubernetes * Cloud and on\-premise integrations Participate in architectural decisions focused on: * Scalability * Availability * Resilience * Observability * Security * Provide technical guidance to development, DevOps, and QA teams. * Translate business requirements into viable and maintainable technical solutions. **Observability and Monitoring** * Define technical and functional observability strategies. * Design dashboards that truly deliver value to business, operations, and support. * Define relevant metrics, logs, traces, and KPIs for digital platforms. * Build dashboards focused on: Platform health, User experience, Transactional performance, Capacity, Availability, Proactive incident detection, Integration of applications and services with observability platforms. **New Relic Integration and Visualization (Desirable / Plus)** * Configure and integrate data sources into New Relic. * Work with: Ingestion APIs, Custom telemetry, NRQL, Custom events, Advanced dashboards * Participate in building custom visualizations using: Nerdlets, NerdGraph, JavaScript / React * Design modern visual experiences within New Relic, oriented toward operations and business. **Applied AI Knowledge Relevant to the Role** Use of AI-powered development assistants such as: * GitHub Copilot * OpenAI ChatGPT * Anthropic Claude * Kiro * Gemini Use of AI for: * Script generation * NRQL queries * Analysis automation * Technical troubleshooting * Documentation generation * Dashboard creation * JavaScript/React code generation for custom visualizations Ability to construct effective prompts and leverage technical context. Interest in AI trends applied to observability, AIOps, and operational automation. **Required Experience** * 4–7 years of experience participating in software development, integration, architecture, or cloud and transactional platform projects. * Minimum 2 years acting as an architect in: Solution design, Application architecture, System integration, Observability or platform monitoring. * Experience in projects involving: Microservices, APIs, Kubernetes, Cloud platforms, Distributed ecosystems. * Specific New Relic experience is considered a plus: Dashboard construction, NRQL, telemetry integrations, ingestion APIs, Nerdlets, and custom visualizations. **Academic Background** * Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) * Systems Engineering * Software Engineering * Electronic Engineering * Specialization in software engineering or related fields (desirable) * Desired certifications * Microsoft Azure * Amazon Web Services * Kubernetes **Conversational English Level**: B2 **Employment Terms:** * **Indefinite-term contract** * **Salary: 65\.000 MXN** * **On-site work** Salary: $65,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
