




**Human Resources Analyst** **Position Objective:** Provide support in key Human Resources processes, primarily in **recruitment, training, personnel administration, and benefits management**, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Induction and Onboarding:** * Assist in onboarding new hires. * Conduct facility tours and introduce new employees to the team. * **Recruitment (Interns and Operational Staff):** * Post job openings on various platforms. * Receive and track candidates. * Conduct interviews and coordinate medical exams. * Request and manage documentation for registration. * Provide daily recruitment reports. * **Personnel Hires and Terminations:** * Register data in WorkBeat platform. * Update employee files. * Record information and documentation for terminations. * **Personnel Administration:** * Update employee files. * Manage Life and Major Medical Insurance policies (enrollments, cancellations, certificates). * **Training:** * Organize and administer training courses. * Maintain attendance records. * Support the Annual Training Plan. * Monitor weekly and monthly training indicators. * Conduct DNC (Training Needs Assessment). * **Events and Communication:** * Assist in organizing internal events (holidays, contests, company parties). * Conduct general surveys (organizational climate, events). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 1\-2 years in recruitment and training areas. * **Knowledge:** * Recruitment and selection processes. * HR platforms (WorkBeat desirable). * Office suite (Intermediate Excel skills). * **Competencies:** * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $20,000 * Statutory and additional benefits. * Professional development opportunities.
