Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Technical Support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance, manage tickets, and configure equipment, with a strong service-oriented attitude. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote Level 1 technical support 2. Ticket management and equipment configuration 3. Service-oriented attitude and standard vehicle operation TECHNICAL SUPPORT Base salary: $14,000 (100% nominal) Enhanced benefits: 10% savings fund, 13% food vouchers, 30-day bonus, 25% vacation premium. YoP Staff Program (additional vacation days, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, etc.) Schedule: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Days off: one weekday and one weekend day Requirements: -Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems or related field (student or graduate) -Experience: Minimum 1 year as Level 1 Technical Support. -Service-oriented attitude. -Valid driver’s license (any type) -Standard vehicle operation Responsibilities: -On-site technical support -Provide clear instructions and support to users via email, telephone, or chat. -Basic networking knowledge and Ethernet cable assembly/punch-down. -Efficient receipt and management of user support requests (tickets). -Remote support for local and remote sites. -Preparation of equipment for local and remote shipments. -Windows 11 installation. -Printer equipment configuration. -Corrective and preventive maintenance.
