Job Summary: ISS Facility Services is seeking an experienced Recruiter for operational roles to manage recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and track employee progress. Key Highlights: 1. Job Requirements: Completed high school education. Minimum age: 21 years old; gender is not a factor. Minimum 1 year of field and operational recruitment experience, including profiles for cafeteria, cleaning, and maintenance staff. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive. · Job Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of operational staff: cleaning assistants and operators, cafeteria assistants, maintenance technicians. Coordinate interviews and selection assessments. Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. Collaborate in the onboarding and follow-up of new employees. · We Offer: Monthly salary ranging from 13,000 to 15,000 Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Permanent full-time employment contract.
