Meaningful work helping individuals navigate important healthcare situations Customer Service Agent Medical Care / Workers Compensation Campaign · We are currently seeking Customer Service Agents to join the first wave of our Medical Care / Workers Compensation campaign. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, medical providers, and other stakeholders, delivering professional, empathetic, and accurate support over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with call center experience who are looking for stability, growth, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical care and workers compensation cases Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers Document interactions thoroughly and accurately in internal systems Follow established processes and compliance guidelines Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and customer focus at all times Requirements Advanced English level (B2+/C1) Previous customer service experience Call center experience (required) Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment Benefits & Compensation Base salary: $17,500 MXN $19,000 MXN (based on experience) Food vouchers All legal benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law Fully paid training Monday to Friday schedule Fixed working hours (no rotating shifts) Why Work at One Call? · At One Call, we believe our people are the foundation of our success.
