




We are seeking a Training Executive to join our team at Grupo Energéticos. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for our employees, ensuring they are prepared to meet the company's objectives. Your role will be critical in developing the skills and knowledge that drive professional growth and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include identifying training needs, developing effective educational materials, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the impact of training programs. You will collaborate closely with management teams and departmental leaders to understand their specific requirements and tailor training programs accordingly. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the effective implementation of the **Training Needs Assessment (TNA)** across the Group. * Develop, present, and seek approval for, as well as monitor, the Training Plans and Programs for personnel at all levels. * Design, coordinate, and monitor training plans and programs aligned with organizational objectives. * Ensure compliance with **current regulations governing training and development**. * Base training initiatives on outcomes from processes such as **performance evaluations** and **360-degree assessments**. * Promote professional development and career planning for employees, supporting their growth within the organization. * Strengthen and promote organizational culture through continuous learning initiatives.
