Job Summary: We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for our warehouse, responsible for ensuring customer service levels, inventory reliability, and material availability. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure inventory reliability and on-time delivery. 2. Guarantee material availability and adherence to work plans. 3. Manage returned materials and comply with inventory standards. We are looking for a "Shift Supervisor (Warehouse)" REQUIREMENTS: \- BACHELOR'S DEGREE \- CERTIFICATE (Economics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.) \- AVAILABILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS * MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR POSITIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Ensure the expected customer service level through inventory reliability and on-time delivery within quality standards and projected cost. \- Guarantee material availability in picking zones. \- Execute established work plans by allocating necessary resources to ensure timely delivery. \- Receive, inspect, and reintegrate materials returned by customers, as well as perform final segregation and containment of defective materials (destruction) (collections, rescheduling, rejections). * Comply with the company's established standard for stored inventory reliability to ensure availability during customer sales negotiations.
