Field / office project management Review and validation of electrical installations, both in design and execution (industrial construction) Review of various MEP engineering documents (though the focus is primarily on low-voltage electrical systems: 460V AC) Management and validation of construction progress. Review of electrical engineering documents prepared by third parties from other countries. Capable of resolving issues arising from engineering designs or field problems. Attendance and follow-up on project and construction meetings. Review of red-lined drawings and as-built drawings. Conversational English for client interaction. Strong knowledge of American and European regulations and standards applicable to electromechanical systems (e.g., NFPA, IEC, NEC, NEMA, ASHRAE/IESNA, TIA/EIA, IEEE, etc.) **Work Experience:** **Mandatory:** Minimum 4 years in commissioning, construction, and/or design of medium- and low-voltage electrical installation systems. Highly desirable: knowledge of automated lighting systems. Desirable: experience in MEP project management. Experience with internal digital platforms. **Specific Knowledge:** Knowledge of national and international electrical engineering, control, and special systems regulations Development of pre-functional and functional testing for equipment and complete systems (mechanical / electrical) Understanding of the commissioning process in retail, industrial, interior fit-out, and/or data center projects. Knowledge of lighting systems and their controls. **Business Knowledge:** Experience in the logical sequence of phases in installation projects.
