Service-oriented attitude and negotiation skills **Totalplay is a Mexican company of Grupo Salinas and a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination; we invite you to join us as:** **HOME-BASED COLLECTIONS AGENT (GARCIA)** Key Responsibilities: * Conduct home-based collections for assigned accounts * Complete physical or electronic forms in the collections system to record outcomes of collection activities * Negotiate with customers by offering payment alternatives Required Qualifications: * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience handling motorcycles (Class M driver's license) * Service-oriented attitude and negotiation skills * Familiarity with the García area Compensation & Benefits: * Base gross salary: $11,000 per month (paid biweekly) * Bonus per recovered account * Performance bonus * Statutory benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and vacation days as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law) * Grupo Salinas employee benefits Work Schedule: * 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (one rotating day off)
