Bachelor’s degree completed in Tourism, Gastronomy, Business Administration, or related fields (mandatory) Availability to work rotating shifts (including store closing) Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and teamwork Proactive personality with strong organizational and analytical skills 50% ADMINISTRATIVE AND 50% OPERATIONAL Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager or assistant manager in convenience stores, fast-food restaurants, or movie theaters Experience managing inventory, vendor relations, sales targets, results, and KPIs Attention to detail and problem-solving; proactive approach Experience conducting competency-based interviews What are your responsibilities? Ensure adherence to service standards. Coordinate daily tasks and responsibilities of your team. Analyze performance indicators, achieve targets, and jointly develop sales strategies with the Store Manager. Handle cash management. Develop team members and provide timely feedback. Act as the restaurant’s responsible party in the Store Manager’s absence. What do we offer?
