Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in Mexican or healthy cuisine, capable of handling food hygienically and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Basic ingredient preparation and utensil handling Restaurant located in Torre Koi, Valle Oriente is seeking: Kitchen Assistant. * Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience (restaurant, fondita, or similar) * Preferred experience in preparing Mexican and/or healthy (fit) cuisine * Hygienic food handling * Use of kitchen utensils (knives, blender, griddle, etc.) * Basic ingredient preparation (washing, disinfecting, chopping, portioning) * Ability to stand for extended periods * Ability to work in a kitchen environment (heat, fast pace) * Age: 20 to 35 years old * Preferably resides in the area or has no transportation issues. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Immediate availability. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $10,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
