




We are looking for: **Personnel Recruiter** (Operational) **Position Objective:** Attract, evaluate and select the necessary operational and technical staff for manufacturing areas, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies with qualified talent aligned to the organizational culture. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Execute the complete recruitment and selection process for plant positions (operators, technicians, warehouse personnel, etc.). * Post job openings on various sources (job boards, job fairs, social media, agencies). * Screen and evaluate resumes according to defined profiles. * Conduct initial, psychometric, and technical interviews as per position requirements. * Coordinate interviews with area leaders and follow up on the selection process. * Perform employment references and verify candidate documentation. * Support in preparing economic offers and contract delivery. * Maintain updated candidate database and vacancy reports. * Participate in mass recruitment programs and job fairs. * Field operational recruitment. (Leafleting, phone canvassing, posting) * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of attraction and selection processes. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and information confidentiality. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 2 years in operational or technical personnel recruitment within the manufacturing sector. * **Knowledge:** * Recruitment sources and job board management. * **Skills:** * Effective and assertive communication. * Organization and time management. * Results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Flexible availability. * Proactivity and focus on internal customer service. **Position Conditions:** * **Location:** Reynera Cadereyta plant * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (availability to cover events or job fairs on weekends). * **Type of position:** Full-time / On-site. * **Salary:** $15,000 gross monthly + statutory and additional benefits Type of position: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Application Questions: * How much experience do you have in operational recruitment? * Do you have any issue with continuously conducting field recruitment?
