Location: Monterrey Function: Commerce Sub Function: Commerce \- Sales \- Trade Marketing Type of Contract: Permanent Main responsibilities of the role: * Develops and collaborates on the Beer and BAS development plan for the SIX channel within AP (same store growth and expansion), in coordination with the SIX chain. * Develops and proposes initiatives that support the Beer and BAS plan in both BTL execution and Commercial CAPEX. * Develops the Beer and BAS Success Film for the SIX channel, considering the Consumer, Chain Customer and HMEX dimensions. * Develops and implements initiatives focused on gaining incremental MS & FGP. * Collaborates on promotional strategy in coordination with RMG, Regions and the SIX chain. * Collaborates on channel portfolio strategy in coordination with the Assortment team and the SIX chain. * Monitors channel performance and proposes actions to align objectives, as well as collaborates with the Regions, SIX chain and OS teams. * Collaborates on the national expansion plan in coordination with the Growth Planning, Regions and SIX Expansion teams, as well as secures necessary resources for its execution. * Monitors the execution of Beer and BAS initiatives and proposes actions to improve performance.
