Communication and coordination with operational departments * Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, hiring, and selection processes. * Degree holder (B.A. in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field). * Proficiency in recruitment sourcing. * Management of internal job postings. * Support for job fairs, partnerships, and school relations. * Maintain up-to-date candidate database and vacancy status. * Meet time-to-fill targets according to hiring goals. * Monitor training compliance and ensure all personnel in sterile areas complete required training. * Ensure and lead timely communication among the organization's operational departments.
