




Join our team We have an opportunity as Human Resources and Labor Relations Manager Position objective: Lead human resource management, facilitating and driving appropriate resources to attract, retain, and develop talent. Main responsibilities: * Manage the development and execution of personnel attraction and selection strategies. * Develop training and talent development strategy. * Ensure the design and implementation of strategies to cultivate and develop talent. * Facilitate the creation and implementation of strategic projects and tools that ensure employee retention. * Manage coordination of events promoting integration. * Provide support to company employees regarding payroll inquiries and labor issues. * Ensure proper staffing and that personnel have the necessary training to perform their duties. * Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures, and policies within the department. * Monitor requirements and update status of labor claims. Position profile: * Completed bachelor's degree in Labor Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in talent attraction strategies, interpretation of psychometric tests, payroll calculation, organizational culture, and development. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Personnel management * Human Resources ERP systems Job type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
